Protect Our Environment & Give Back to Community!
We live in one of the cleanest and greenest cities in the world. But plastic bottles, food packaging and plastic bags regularly wash ashore the Singapore coast line. Action must be taken to preserve our ecosystem.
This July, MASIS invites you to roll up your sleeves and join us in taking care of our beaches. Our mission is clear: to remove debris at beaches. We believe that every individual can make a difference! Small actions can lead to big changes in safeguarding our beaches and preserving our marine environment. One less trash is one less threat. With collective efforts, we can contribute in keeping our waterways clean and safe for all to enjoy.
So gather your family, friends and colleagues… Let’s dive into the joy of giving back to nature while connecting with the community!
Date: 13 July 2024 (Saturday)
Location: Changi Beach Park, Area A, Nicoll Dr, S498991
Duration: Approx. 2 hours
Cost: FREE with complimentary nasi lemak lunch
We Provide: Gloves (feel free to bring your own) / Trash bags
What You Need to Bring: Drinking Water, Comfortable Outdoor Attire, Covered Shoes
Time: 9:00 am
Meeting Point: Changi Beach Park, Carpark No.1 (refer below)
After the cleaning, we will take a short 2-mins walk across Changi Point Bridge, and enjoy the famous nasi lemak at Changi Village Hawker Centre (kindly sponsored by Renewables Capital Asia Pte Ltd
